Pelvic Elevation Exercises
These are fairly simple to do, and have proven to be VERY effective for me. It's important to remember that these are completely "hands off" exercises, as you will be contracting the PC muscle within the pelvis to elevate your anatomy perpendicularly to your body. Through repetition, this can be one of the fastest and most effective ways to add power, dimension and circumference size to your anatomy. The other benefit to this exercise is the sexual stamina side of the street, as this has been taught for years as a "kegel" exercise for men suffering from premature ejaculation. So you're sort of getting two BIG benefits for one, especially if you're having performance issues to boot!
Traction and Tension Routines
This is one of my favorite exercises as well, and simply focuses ALL of it's attention on the spongy tissue at the top of the penile chamber. (the chamber is right beneath the glans, and is the primary cavity where blood resides during an erection) Simply by "tensing" or stressing this tissue by stretching it, will cause it, much like any OTHER tissue in your body, to break down and regrow thicker and more resilient than it was before. The net effect? Tougher tissue, which translates into wider mass, and MORE blood while erect to boot!
